I feel like that sums up my life at the moment, and for the next couple of weeks. I’ve been working my day job, and also another job in the evenings and for a week from tomorrow it’s going to be gnarly 15 hour days with no day off for a couple of weeks. I’m just not sure where I can fit in the gym, but I feel like I should. I feel like I’m making excuses not to go but I don’t function very well on limited sleep so I’m prioritising that.

I still feel a bit shit about it though.
